Krakow Main Bus Station

Krakow Main Bus Station is located right at the city center at Bosacka 18. The central railway station Kraków Główny, right adjacent to the bus station is just a 10 minutes walk from here. The main airport, Kraków John Paul II International Airport is located just 11 km west of the station in Balice village. You’ll find direct buses connecting the airport to the bus station.

The bus station has 30 departure stands based on two levels. The station has a waiting room located in the main part of the building as well as a night waiting room. It also has many food and beverage outlets scattered around the station.

Toilets are open 24/7. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the station. It also offers baggage lockers as well as a children’s corner (awarded Child-friendly place certificate twice). The station caters to the needs of disabled people by providing the access ramp which makes travelling between levels more accessible.

The bus station has no parking spaces due to the nature of the densely populated city and to ensure easy flow of traffic. However, one can park directly above the Main Railway station or Galeria Krakowska shopping center which is adjacent. Ticket offices are open seven days a week. The entire area is monitored by 91 cameras, providing the highest possible level of security.

How to Get to Krakow Bus Station from the airport:

From the airport, there are two bus carriers that will get you to the Main Bus Station - Neobus and Leo Express

  • Neobus- First bus departs at 01:50 and the last bus departs at 22:10. The cost of a single ticket is 3.38 EUR. The duration will be 40 minutes.

  • Leo Express- First bus departs at 06:05 and the last bus departs at 20:20. The cost of a single ticket is 5.14 EUR. The duration will be 20 minutes.

Lviv Main Bus Terminal

The Lviv Main Bus Station at 109 Stryyska Street is also known as Avtovokzal, or simply Stryyska Bus Station. It is located 7 km from the city center, which is only a 15 minutes drive. The main railway station is 9 km away and you can find shuttle buses to-and-fro throughout the day.

The Lviv Main Bus Station is open 24 hours a day and has a passenger waiting area on the 2nd floor. There is one cafeteria adjacent to the bus platforms and another one on the 2nd floor. Kiosks outside the Lviv Main Bus Station sell bottled drinks and snacks.

There is the provision for a 24/7 luggage storage room, next to the tickets window on the first floor. There is also a small and clean budget hotel within the Lviv Main Bus Station building. It’s situated on the 2nd floor behind a brown door with a small sign in Ukrainian.
