It is about 3km from Warsaw inner city (Centrum Metro Station and Warszawa Centralna Train Station), with very frequent public transport connections. From here, you can catch a bus to Kiev that will drop you off at the Central Bus Terminal at Moskovska Square.

The Central Bus Terminal in Moskovska square, Kiev has facilities such as toilets, bus ticket offices, a cafe, small food outlets, a McDonald’s restaurant, and an ATM. The Central Bus Station is located just two kilometers away from the Ocean Plaza, which is the second-largest shopping mall and entertainment center in Kiev.
